This role will be work in office to monitor the Cap in daily;

·           Work with Operations Administrator, Compliance Manager (Asia) and Sales to assist the supplier to understand the CR expectations

    

·           Ensure manufacturer provides all required documents including Audits and CAPs

    

·           Communicate effectively, to ensure on time processing and acceptance.

    

·           Escalate significant problems to your manager in a timely manner.

    

·           Prioritise workload and make decisions based on commercial criteria with your manager.

·              Communicate regularly with Auditors and    Operations administrator to ensure that audits are planned to minimise    regional travel. 

 ·           Co-ordinate workload to minimise inactive auditing days 

 ·           Check with Sales to ensure Supplier / Manufacturer are still current 

 ·           Ensure Manufacturers prepare all require documents 

 ·           Ensure Manufacturers understand the process and expectations

 ·           Negotiate effectively with suppliers to obtain Manufacturer transparency   

 ·           Set expectations and educate suppliers on how to provide transparent evidence. 

 ·           Negotiate and schedule timeline expectations with Manufacturers 

 ·           Update MACVAD systems and communicate effectively with MACVAD team   

 ·           Strategically assess audits for capability and suitability of the Manufacturing site to meet the CR requirements of MACVAD & the Customer AND the capability to manufacture the intended product 

 ·           Represent the company in a professional manner both in the office when dealing with colleagues, also with suppliers/manufactureres, customers and other external parties      

·           Encourage a team environment and high internal customer services standards by sharing information and offering support and knowledge 

 ·           Establish open, honest and effective communication channels to build strong relationships with colleagues, suppliers/manufacturers to ensure all parties are keen to work together and add value to the business 

 ·           Initiate regular communication with your sales teams and sourcing specialist to update on issues and opportunities          

·           Comply with the company’s health and safety policies and procedures 

 ·           Proactively identify hazards and communicate with health and safety representatives 

 ·           Promptly advise management of any potential risks to health and safety or near misses  

 ·           To undertake any special projects and/or ad hoc assignments as required to assist in meeting the strategic expectations of the company
