岗位职责：

1.负责“Steinhardt”品牌（中文译作“水泰和”）产品在所属区域的销售与市场推广。

2.根据公司要求及个人追求制定销售目标、销售策略 、并执行、达成目标。

3.维护老客户、开发并维护新客户(客户主要为政府相关单位（如住建局及旗下代建办公室、城投等；水务局及其旗下排水公司等）、各大市政工程公司（总包公司，如中建、中交、中铁、中电建等）、水务公司（北控、桑德、碧水源、首创、博天等））。开发代理商、维护并管理代理商。开发与维护设计院（主要为各大市政工程设计院）的关系，提高“Steinhardt”品牌（中文译作“水泰和”）产品在设计院图纸中的上图率，占有率。签约更多订单，拿到更多奖金。

4.遵守和执行公司的销售政策、规定和程序。

5.控制个人销售费用支出和应收账款回笼。

6.协助市场开发（行业/客户交流会/展览会/其他推广活动，准备资料/总结报告等）。

任职要求：

1.工作经验：1年以上销售工作经验（设备等产品类）。给排水科学与工程、环境工程、环境科学、市政工程等相关专业（理工科类）优先考虑或有同行工作经验的优先考虑。本科学历优先，特别优秀的可放宽至大专。

2.具有大项目销售和价值销售经验者优先。

3.良好的人际沟通与交往技巧，性格外向，能适应压力下工作，强烈的自我激励能力、渴望成功。

4.工作技能：熟悉Office办公软件，包括Excel、Word、PPT，能说会写，宣讲能力强。熟悉CAD图纸，具有看图解说能力。既能与各大设计院、业主技术人员等专业技术人员沟通，同时能与客户采购人员、客户的领导等交流，偏向于技术型销售。会根据具体项目书写制作投标文件。

-    Frankfurt sewer system: The flushing and storage protection system for the sewer system of the city of Frankfurt comes from us.
-    Flood flushing system in Singapore: For the drinking water treatment in Singapore, we built a flood-flushing system with 96 flushing lanes.
-    Rain overflow basin in Paris: We have also found an innovative solution for the rain overflow basin under the 'Grande Stade' in Paris.
