职位描述
-Provide support to software development engineer for products testing
-支持研发工程师完成软件测试作
-Build communication scheme according to customer requirements, be familiar with network basic knowledge and radio communication technology, master wireless networking architecture, Bluetooth, 4G, 5G wireless communication technology, proficient in communication server construction, configuration and debugging
-根据客户要求构建通讯方案，熟悉网络基础知识和无线电通讯技术，掌握无线组网架构，蓝牙，4G,5G无线通讯技术知识，精通通讯服务器构建，配置和调试
-Review 2D/3D design and give suggestions
-评估2D/3D的合理性并提出建议
-Engineering member as part of PDP project team, responsible for product development and products test related tasks in a project and supporting project OTD, had product concept to evaluate supplier design capability.
-负责产品新项目的设计把关，支持项目阶段所有的指标，比如OTD, 产品质量关，QFD
-Define test plan according to standards, implement and monitor tests.
定义产品测试计划，测试标准，对产品认证有很深的理解
-Set up and maintain BOM into GIS system
设置并维护物料系统信息在系统中
-Responsible for field quality/warranty improvement, collaborate with BU/QMM
负责市场质量的改进
-Lead Engineering change both in PDP phase and mass production phase主
导工程变更
-Customer complaint management
支持市场客户投诉，会写8D报告
-Conduct process auditing during PDP and serial production by following VDA
对供应商进行过程审核

任职条件
-Bachelor degree in communication/Computer major
通信/计算机专业学士学位
-Minimum 2 years work experiences on IoT area
至少两年的物联网领域工作经验
-Experience on MQTT,CoAP，LoRa，NB-IoT and other related protocols of the Internet of things
MQTT，CoAP，LoRa，NB-IoT和其他有关物联网协议的经验
-Good ability on problem solving with initiatives
具有主动解决问题的能力
-Team oriented spirit

-Good communication in English, can make international communication with overseas colleagues.

-Strong PC skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
