Job Description

Most important task

·?????? IDC finish goods replenishment of HzP-AC Parts. ?Customer collaboration with demand planning and MAP and in-house Supply availability, Secure the product availability in the allocated product core segments (E-Zug) in the Distribution warehouses (IDC). Target: 98% SL1

·?????? Adherence of the inventory targets in IDC of the allocated product core segments (EZUG)introduction and tracking measures to decrease slow and no-movers

·?????? Customer fulfilment planning and Production planning as LPV for value stream, review demand with region DM, marketing, PA, and insight into the market development .make transpiration to value steam for keen quick reaction. manufacture technical capacity clarity and support to line capacity set up, adherence of Production planning fulfilment or TTM Project SOP measure, target above 98% achievement

·?????? Raw material replenishment. Collaborate with source supplier and Purchasing team, establish and improvement planning concept for improve supplier service lever3 target achieve 98%.

·?????? Deep Involve value stream CIP workshop and Project, support VS cost target achievement from logistic

·?????? nFG inventory and supply chain cost planning and management, Identification and discussion of improvement potential in logistic workflows (from source to delivery process ) and, if applicable define new processes

·?????? Analyze the logistic KPI’s (target achievement) as well as short break-off? measures to achieve lasting improvement

·?????? Solve delivery backlog by error analysis with in-house manufacture and/or the respective DM colleague

·?????? Drive volume forecast planning of CAPL,BP,CF process.

Main tasks:

·?????? execute planning(Purchasing & Production order, shipping delivery creation) of all dedicated items (per VSx ) to insure availability ≥ 98%

·?????? process ordering according to planning results and in a cost optimized manner (for own plants according to BPS rules)

·?????? Tread all urgent system alerts on a daily basis to fix/avoid ram material stock-outs and customer backlogs.

·?????? Monitor actively supplier/production line to insure adherence of delivery dates including engaging with suppliers/customer fulfilment on missed calculated shipping dates and engaging in de-terminated of dedicated capacity in bottleneck situations/allocation

·?????? Review and verify Capacity with VS, adherence of Production planning fulfilment or TTM Project SOP measure, target above 98% achievement

2nd priority tasks

·?????? Responsible for correctness of planning parameters and master data (LOG relevant fields)

·?????? Supplier collaboration: improving adherence to delivery dates, reduce lead times, MOQ’s

·?????? Keep inventory at target level and improve it continuously by analyzing slow/no-movers and dead stocks. Furthermore playing of an active role in identifying and driving rework, promotional, liquation and scrapping opportunities.

Project tasks

·?????? Member of launch team: take care of logistics points (LPV) and give support to Product Manager to reach availability on time.

·?????? Member in BPS or SCE projects.

Inbound logistics

·?????? Mid-term planning (e.g. forecasting) with Supplier

·?????? Collective (elaboration of) problem solving with the supplier (regular visits/meeting)

·?????? Consequent development of security stock at supplier (target: all main suppliers)

·?????? Collaboration during contract creation (logistic part)

·?????? Weekly update to superior about actual and future delivery situation (e.g. for delivery meeting input)

Communication

·?????? Offensive and proactive contact with the suppliers

·?????? Strong cooperation and coordination with region Distribution Management (DPL), PA-, MAP-PAx,- and PT/DL colleagues (central departments)

·?????? Active information exchange and coordination with Marketing, Sales and Purchasing areas

·?????? Close cooperation/coordination (e.g. priorization) with the incoming goods- and quality departments


Qualifications

Social Competence

  • Fluent communication sills in English (reading, writing, speaking) (Chinese language???
  • skills preferred)
  • Team oriented (information sharing, experience exchange, help with troubleshooting)
  • Initiative and willing to learn

Method Competence

  • MS-Office (Excel, Word)
  • Presentation Sills (MS Power Point)
  • Basic knowledge of planning methods and IT planning tools (e.g. SAP)

Technical Knowledge

  • Experience with planning and, if possible, customer care (service orientation)
  • Good data processing knowledge, especially SAP R/3
