Job Function:

    

    

· Contact shipper and confirm cargo readiness upon receipt of request from destination or Business department

    

· Confirm with SHA gateway team for specific shipping information, e.g. carrier name, booking information, ETD and ETA, and feedback to client or BD

    

· Inform shipper regarding space available and arrange pick-up, customs clearance accordingly

    

· Input freight information in system, and send AWB/HBL to clients

    

· Send pre-alert and daily communication with clients, overseas partners

    

· Verify billing statement and ensure timely payment for those credit or cash clients

    

· Verify billing with vendors

    

· Ready to coordinate with cross functions, e.g. BD, F&A, SHA gateway colleague

    

· Other jobs assigned by superior

    

    

    

    

Requirement:

    

    

· Major in English or International trade, at least 1-2 year experience with air and ocean freight

    

· Good English ability in writing, reading and speaking

    

· Cooperative and ready to take pressure

    

· Diligent in daily work and good working attitude

?收到UPS目的地部门或销售部门的请求后，与托运人联系并确认货物准备就绪

    

?与上海Gateway团队确认订舱信息，例如承运人名称，预订信息，ETD和ETA等，并将信息反馈给客户或销售部门。

    

?通知托运人有关舱位信息，并相应安排取货和清关

    

?在系统中输入货运信息，并将AWB / HBL发送给客户

    

?向客户，UPS海外合作伙伴发送预报和日常沟通

    

?核对帐单，并确保及时让这些信用或现金客户付款

    

?与供应商核对账单

    

?与合作部门进行协调，例如销售，F＆A，上海Gateway同事

    

?上级交办的其他工作

    

    

任职要求：

    

• 主修英语或国际贸易，至少有1-2年的空运和海运经验
• 良好的英语读写，口语能力
• 有团队合作精神并能承受压力
• 平日具有勤勉和良好的工作态度
