1. 负责测试组日常测试和管理协调工作，监督和改善测试组的工作流程和工作效率，按时出具检测报告

2. 员工上岗培训监督及考核，团队的梯队建设和人才培养。

3. 对实验室现有的测试方法和流程进行调整，已达到便于操作、节省时间、提高人员效率和节约成本的目的。

4. 作为实验室技术问询窗口，回复来自业务线的技术询问和给业务线提供必要的技术支持。

5. 作为实验室窗口处理各业务线的技术投诉，协助实验室同事调查错误案例的原因。必要时，进行技术分享。

6. 了解业务线和实验室的培训需求，制定对业务线和实验室的培训计划，并实施培训。

7. 作为实验室的QA窗口，负责制定年度各项质控计划，协助CQA对实验室进行技术审核，协助并参与CNAS/CMA/客户的对实验室的审核工作。

8. 全国化学实验室的现有的测试方法、实验操作、模板等的统一。

9. 对新的法律法规或者方法发起实验室间的技术讨论，以达成各实验室的技术统一。

10. 对实验室提供技术支持，协助进行新项目评估和开发，定期进行技术审核。

职位要求

1. 化学相关专业本科及以上学历

2. 有5年以上消费品检测实验室管理工作经验，熟悉实验室的运作管理模式，能帮助实验室不断进行流程改进和效率提升

3. 能熟练操作下列相关仪器设备的一种或多种(GC-MS,HPLC,LC-MS/MS,ICP,ICP-MS，AAS,XRF,AFS,IC等)

4. 熟悉并能正确理解欧盟及美国等消费品的测试标准(比如CPSIA、CA65、REACH、ROHs、CHCC、FDA etc.)

5. 熟悉ISO17025条款要求，熟悉CNAS及CMA评审要求，有实验室内审及外部现场评审经验

6. 有新项目开发经验，能独立完成新项目开发并能适时指导测试组工作

7. 有团队精神，有很强的组织协调和沟通能力，具有较强的责任心，工作积极,能够承受一定的工作压力

8. 良好的英语沟通能力，包括听说读写

9. 有中级工程师职称以上者优先考虑
