Responsibilities：

1、 Responsible for data collection and analysis of e-commerce (JD/T-mall) , market analysis of categories and SKUs, providing support for operation diagnosis.

2、 Drive E-Commerce sales for major platforms (JD/T-mall) with data insights, leverage big data to generate insight and tools.

3、Diagnosis with all the data tools and historical figures to identify opportunities and gap for improvement.

4、 Fine segmentation of the customer base to understand their pain points and needs and recommend targeted activities.

5、 Establish customer service data index system and analysis model to drive business growth with data.

6、 Prepare Strategy report or PPT to summarize the data insights and action plan for relevant departments. Demonstrate understanding of business problem and able to articulate the data insights with business situations.

Requirements:

1、 Bachelor degree or above, major in statistics or mathematics; FMCG Industry knowledge preferred;

2、 3-5 years experience in E-commerce data analysis;

3、 Knowledge with data tools like Databank, Business Advisor, ShuFang, JD 4a, Alibaba, Unidesk etc.

4、 Track record to lead the EC growth with data insights.
