岗位职责：

1、 策划与执行：策划和执行营销方案，根据市场情况进行目标的达成，促进销售等核心目标的达成。包括但不限于门店阶段性活动、拓客营销等。

2、 项目管理和执行：对于渠道、异业、客户、楼盘、合作品牌等等不同项目进行策划管理和执行，以结果为导向进行营销推进

3、 数据分析：掌握市场动态，对市场行为和消费行为进行分析并定期产出分析报告，对营销行为有指导作用

岗位要求：

1、 本科及以上，4年以上市场营销工作经验，3年以上奢侈品/家居行业/房地产相关行业经验

2、 有线上线下全案营销全案策划和执行经验，并有明确的数据结果

3、 有项目管理和执行经验

4、 数据分析能力强，结果导向

5、 有审美、文案强

6、 性格外向，沟通能力强
