Quality Control – for Suit & Blazers, Function Jacket, Sweater, Cut-n-sewn knit

Responsibilities :

• Lead to improve quality in the factories and ensure production comply Varner requirement.
• Conduct PP meetings, in-line and final inspection according to Varner requirement
• Provide pre-production meeting report / quality inspection report and improvement suggestion to factory within the designated timeline.
• Factory Quality Assessment periodically or based on requested.
• Work closely with production office for quality issues.
• Maintain and update daily inspection result overview with relevant information.
• Work pro-actively in avoiding and detecting the possible quality problem during production.
• Support technical advice and solution to solve quality issues to supplier and colleagues.
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks/projects as assigned by the superior.

Qualifications & Experiences:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Textiles / Clothing or related discipline;
• Post-secondary with substantial relevant working experience will also be considered;
• At least 5+ years quality inspection experiences in formal wear, functional wear, sweaters, ladies and children’s fashion will be preferable;
• Excellent understanding of manufacturing process; good communication and problem-solving skills;
• Maintain strong ethical standards;
• Proficient in MS office and PLM-system
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Frequently travels to factories.

Language skills: Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
