KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee day to day uniform shop services and online uniform services.
• Assist service supervisor on catering services, working on shifts required.
• Handle parental complaints regarding catering, school bus and uniform.
• Support service officer on school bus during registration and daily routine.
• Create and maintain a high-quality paperwork for all work carried out.

Uniform

• Manage and monitor the operations of school uniform, review and improve procedure.
• Organize the uniform week during orientation weeks and make estimation on uniform numbers based on experience and admission numbers.
• Understand the inventory at stock and make suggestions on uniform reproduction.
• Provide pamphlet on uniform for pupil and parents so the uniform standard can be improved.

Catering

• Work shift to oversee boarding meals and ensure the overall food quality
• Work with services supervisor on various catering request
• Carry out canteen inspection on regular basis and maintain mealtime order.

Event Bus

• Understand the needs of trips and arrange the vehicles accordingly to make sure a timely and punctual services
• Check and organize payment to vendors, make sure the cost and trip are accurate

School Bus

• Support service officer on school bus work, especially during registration time

Event support

• Assist the team to support various campus event or off-site events

Departmental Admin

• Create parent profile on various occasions
• Analyse email and phone inquiry by parents and pupils
• Improve the departmental report and vendor’s monthly report.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Native Chinese Speaker , Fluent written and spoken English, minimum CET4 and fluent Mandarin  
• 1-3 years of customer experience in an international school or foreign owned service business environment, ideally in a context that includes international staff
• Experience of management of team is require
• Previous relevant working experience in an international school or service-based business environment, preferably with catering knowledge and uniform information
• Fair knowledge and work experience school service daily operation and service
• Excellent communication skills with a diverse range of people and interpersonal skills
• The ability to multi-task and prioritise
