1.负责小豆馆日常运营，营造良好的亲子阅读环境；

2.主教绘本课：包括但不限于手工课，英文口语课，科学课，美食课，绘画课；

3.研发幼儿亲子阅读课程；

4.开发引进外部课程，协助合作课程落地实施；

5.开展例行活动、主题活动。

岗位要求：

1.乐观活泼、喜欢并愿意与小孩子沟通，有童心；

2.熟悉幼儿心理，具有幼儿相关工作者优先；

3.有良好的英文口语教学能力；

4.对工作认真负责，善于沟通，能够独立解决问题；

5.对营造高品质的阅读环境和服务有浓厚兴趣。 

工作时间：9:00-18:00，双休，非周末。

一亩小豆馆是一亩童书馆专为0-4岁孩子开设的依据儿童敏感期特点分类的阅读场馆。主要是为了让妈妈们了解敏感期中的宝宝们，从而顺利地陪伴孩子们渡过儿童敏感期。

小豆馆致力于营造爱与自由的环境，给孩子们充分发挥的空间，通过阅读来陪伴他们渡过一个个的敏感期，从而自信快乐地成长。

ACRE Junior Library is the biggest private children's library in Hangzhou, which is also an influential English & Chinese reading skill training center. Our slogan is "read, play, be a future world citizen!".In order to achieve this goal, ACRE Junior Library is dedicated to exploring how to enable children growing up in China to have a global cognitive map by massive reading of original Chinese and English books.

Our English reading skill soaring program, provide children aged 4 to 12 systematic English reading enlightenment, undertake personalized small-class teaching, at the same time,we emphasize the family in the combination of Chinese teachers, foreign teachers to help children develop reading interests, habits and skills. Meantime to ensure children can better dock international education. Our teaching materials and evaluation method are with the world. The original English book collection of our library is nearly ten thousand volumes, and it is increasing continued.
