职位描述
1. To quickly respond the customers/agents inquiries with possible solutions.
2. To confirm & accept the bookings and revert to related parties and keep all parties informed the relevant data;
3. To enter the booking execution system, and confirm the cost price; or to the booking agency;
4. To confirm the flight/carrier space, arrival and departure of goods and documents if there are questions, promptly notify the business personnel to make corresponding adjustment;
5. To prepare the waybill, list, random file, supervision and review of waybill data;
6. To confirm the customers’ declaration, such as the need to check to make prompt and correct treatment;
7. To send the customers and confirm the bill of loading waybill, check the actual data and send full pre-alerts to overseas;
8. To handle all invoices affairs for local customer and overseas agents;
9. To complete other tasks assigned by management;
Key Qualifications
1. College degree or above major in Logistics, International Trade or relevant.
2. At least 7 years experience in Logistics, forwarding or relevant service industry, preferably in the export customer service position.
3. CET-4 or above,Good spoken and written English and Chinese.
4. Good communication skills, strong coordination ability;
5. Strong initiative and team spirit.
