?       Achievement of targeted KPIs (e.g. savings) and other objectives of category

?       Actively manage global supply base, secure supply which matches Ewellix needs best and provide competitive pricing for materials/ services in assigned categories for Ewellix

?       Develop, execute and implement Ewellix sourcing strategies for assigned categories and suppliers

?       Lead supplier segmentation and selection

?       Support supplier development and ensure high quality supplier relationship & operational management

?       Act as multiplier and facilitator between supply base and Ewellix businesses to actively enable innovation and collaboration

?       Actively manage relationship with internal business stakeholders (e.g. Category councils, Sourcing Board) and ensure early involvement

?       Proactive engagement and interface with business sourcing leaders and functional owners to lay out strategies, ensure business buy-in and ensure optimized internal coordination and communication; active facilitation of solution identification and implementation

?       Drive sourcing initiatives including best cost country sourcing (BCCS), productivity, rationalization of supply base, sole source reduction, lead time reduction, on-time delivery and quality improvements, Six Sigma/lean requirements and cash flow improvement, total cost of ownership (TCO)

?       Proactively support project/initiative leaders in PD & Enginering departments in order to contribute in achieving sourcing and business goals

?       Ensure spend transparency for relevant categories and provide structural data for baselining and development of category strategies

?       Leads procurement events (Supplier days, Projects) during the course of events starting with the kick-off in appraisal-phase

?       Ensure effective and efficient supplier relationship management

?       Conduct regular strategic dialogues with strategic suppliers

?       Champions the use strategic sourcing, and supplier management processes

?       Ensure cooperation with operational Buyers regarding forecasting, pricing and supplier development

?       Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure good network within Ewellix local buying teams, chairs the Category Council.

?       Develop negotiation strategies and lead negotiations with strategic partners, preferred suppliers and challengers to achieve aligned goals and objectives. Negotiate pricing and frame contracts

岗位要求：

?       Technical and/or business degree (BS/BA) or equivalent knowledge/skills acquired through relevant trainings & certifications paired with relevant experience

?       Track record of 5+ years working experience in strategic sourcing, supply chain or development/engineering, in an internationally operating company ideally within a
comparable industry

?       Proven experience in strategy development and in project management

?       Excellent technical aptitude, complemented by strong business acumen, as well as influencing, negotiation and facilitating skills

?       Strong communication and presentation skills at all levels

?       Strong customer service mindset with ability to improve internal customer relationships

?       Entrepreneurial, intrinsically motivated mindset with demonstrated ownership of responsibilities

?       Willingness to travel at least 40% of the time to Ewellix global supply base

?       Team player mentality and continuous improvement mindset
