任职要求：

1.本科含以上学历，英语发音标准，口语流利；

2.有一年以上相关幼儿教学经验；

3.热爱幼少儿教育事业，有爱心、责任心、进取心。

4.身体健康，师德高尚，爱孩子，形象气质佳，性格活泼开朗、幽默并有亲和力。

5.有工作签证，母语为英语。

Accountabilities:

Instruction:

1. Conducting the ‘ morning circle ’ such as singing or dancing with kids;

2. Designing and delivering the indoor and outdoor activities for kids and making sure the kids' safety;

3. preparing the teaching materials; designing and delivering the Lessons based on the interests of kids, such as the music、art、drama、telling story；

4. Ensure all curriculums are implemented properly in the classroom and give feedback to his or her lead teacher or school supervisor;

5. Responsible for taking care of the kids, like holding baby, Milk Powdering and feeding, helping with sleep and changing dippers etc.;

6. Participating in promotional and marketing activities organized by the center;

7．Maintain good relationship with parents and record the progress of the students;

Qualifications and competencies:

1. Hold a Bachelor Degree, completed Bachelor’s Degree in early childhood education is preferred;

2. Enjoy with kids and passionate about education and culture industry;

3. Native speakers or nonnative speakers with standard American/British pronunciation;

4. Excellent organizational and administrative skills;

Competencies

Knowledge of early childhood instructional strategies;

Good team player, effective communication skills;

Flexible to the demands of working in an academic environment;

l Base salary from 12000-20000 (RMB)
