Essential Functions:

· Digital Verification/Design: Develop and maintain test plans/infrastructure, test benches and automated regressions environment

· RTL2GDS knowledge/support: including synthesis, P&R, STA, DFT, ATPG, and formal verification debug.

· Support digital design and verification and developing automation tasks

· Strong problem solving, advanced debugging, and leadership skills

· Capacity to lead a project, mentor others & technically guide team

· Estimate and manage time/tasks completion to target schedule

Qualifications:

· Requires PhD/BSEE/MSEE or equivalent

· 5+ years’ experience with broad experience and expert in design/verification of ASIC or FPGA

· Strong digital design, low power techniques, verification, written/communication English skills

· Expertise with industry standard digital design/verification tools & languages

· Strong RTL2GDS knowledge of ASIC development process and digital design techniques

· Proficient in firmware, programming, and scripting languages(C/C++, Object Oriented programming, shell(bash/tcsh) and scripting languages: Perl/TCL/Python, make file, etc).

· Proven lead track record in DV areas: Constraint random tests, SV assertions, Develop and maintain scripts for proper automation; Derive, generate, and track the coverage metrics, bugs, and fixes; Own & write comprehensive verification test plans, develop/maintain the actual UVM DV Agents(Monitor, Driver, Scoreboard); Debug, report, and work closely with design engineers; Communicate with the team and execute the test plans in timely matter

· Experience with the following is desired:

o power management industry, working experience with mixed signal ICs/embedded uC design(ARM)

o embedded designs and/or firmware development

o knowledge of power management industry/applications

o I/F: I2C, SPI, USB, PMBUS, etc
