Key responsibilities:

1 Responsible in collaboration with the company owner for the achievement of the 3 years plan

2 Work unit budget management and work unit member variable remuneration 

3 Company margin percentage achievement, on time delivery and quality of delivered product

4 Communication within the group and between the company owner and the work unit team members.

5 Responsible for the quality of communication between the work unit team members and the company customers 

6 Control company operational expenses
