1. 根据设计师的要求完成每件款式的样板制作；

2. 根据设计款式及工艺制作，提出合理化建议，并与设计师及时沟通；

3. 跟进、核查版衣制作效果（含工艺与尺寸），指导车板师的工艺制作及样板效果；

4. 根据修改意见，对版式改进和进行确认；

5.  负责产品制作工艺要求制单;

6. 负责根据面辅料的缩率等性能进行纸样的调板，成衣后测量缩率和成衣尺寸，以符合设计师的要求；

7. 负责对自己制作的母板和纸样，进行自检、互检及技术跟踪；

任职要求：

1、对服装设计有经验，能打纸样，尤其是时尚薄款女装，同时能打厚款外套纸样者优先。

2、会操作电子制版，了解女装工艺，完成独立打板。

3、对工作认真负责，有计划性。

4、能有序地安排样板的生产，合理协调安排车工工作。

5、能与对接业务员做良好的沟通，协助完成工作，以满足客户提出的要求。
