1、负责前台接待、客户服务日常运作和管理，包括与租户的联络沟通及对内各部门协调工作；

2、维护与租户良好关系，保持沟通及回访制度，组织租户活动；

3、负责客户投诉处理，反馈整理汇总并追踪各部门执行成效；

4、组织进行客户满意度调查并跟踪改进措施的效果；

5、制定物业客服管理制度，客服流程平台建立；

6、监督指导并协助客服同仁的日常工作，规划和执行各项客服培训工作；

7、完成上级领导交办的其它任务。

职位要求：

1、大专以上学历；身高165cm以上，形象气质佳，亲和力强；

2、3年以上客服主管工作经验；具有甲级写字楼客服管理相关工作经验者优先；

3、能独立，有效展开日常部门管理工作，监管及培训属下员工，有紧急事件的善后处理经验；

4、较强的沟通能力，能妥善、独立处理客户投诉；英语沟通能力优先。
