岗位职责 Job Description 

• 收集相关渠道的（月度，季度，产品大类，渠道， 数量和金额）零售和开票预测，跟踪，并协调销售和市场部门，根据各方面信息对预测进行合理地整合规划和调整。

  Collect the forecast of sell in and sell through from the relevant channel (monthly, quarterly, product category, channel, quantity and amount), track and coordinate with sales and marketing department to make reasonable data integrated planning and adjustment according to all aspects of information.

• 负责订单创建，沟通并根据客户货款（信用）和可供应货源进行的订单拆分， 状态调整等。确保订单的有效性。

  Be responsible for order creation, communication with sales or customers if necessary, split and status adjustment according to customer payment (credit) and available supply. Ensure the validity of the orders.

• SAP系统开票释放前检查核对，以及对应客户回单存档。

  Check the relevant documents before billing release in SAP, and file the corresponding customer receipts.

• 退返订单检查，创建， 退返发票检查，通过确认后SAP系统操作billing block及相关解锁。

  Check the return applications according to the guideline, create the return orders correctly and check the red invoice if needed, block or unlocking the billing in SAP after confirmation.

• 样机订单检查和创建， 包含苏宁赊销样机。

  Be responsible for the display order checking and creation, including Suning consignment display orders.

• 直送订单检查和创建，以及直发配车建议。

  Be responsible for the direct delivery order creation, and follow the delivery shipments.

• 建议大区内的供应瓶颈分配原则。

  Suggest the allocation principle of bottlenecks VIBs in region.

• 跟踪订单满足状态，回复内部销售业务，市场营销和外部客户关于货源情况和订单满足的问题。

  Follow up the status of order fulfillment and respond to internal sales, marketing and external customers about the availability of goods and order fulfillment.

• 供应链内部报表支持（如整体渠道订单发货开票进度等）。

  Supply chain internal reporting support (such as overall channel order shipment invoicing progress, etc.).

• 协同其他相关工作。

  Support other related task.

 专业资质要求 Professional Requirements 

1. 有家电行业从业经验优先。

   Home appliance experience preferred.

2. 供应链、需求管理或订单处理相关工作经验。

   Supply chain, demand management or order management related experience.

3. ERP SD 模块操作经验（SAP优先），熟练使用office办公软件。

   ERP SD module operation experience（SAP preferred）, skilled at office software.

4. 良好的沟通能力和团队合作；

   Good communication skill and teamwork.

5. 工作仔细认真，主动性强， 自律性强， 结果导向。

   Focus, self-motivated, self-disciplined and result driven.

6. 较强的耐心和学习能力?。

   Good patience and learning ability.

7. 学历：本科或以上。

   Education: bachelor or above.

8. 语言：英语四级或以上

   Language: English CET 4 or above

9. 拥有SCM相关认证，如APICS CPIM, CSCP, CLTD；或有物流或工程教育背景者优先。

   Qualification: SCM related certification, i.e. APICS CPIM, CSCP, CLTD；or

Education background of logistics or engineering is preferred.
