Duties & Responsibilities：

1. Assist the admissions process from point of inquiry through enrolment. Coordinate school tours, admissions events and contacts with perspective and admitted students.

2. Coordinate and participate in all recruitment efforts: advertising, direct mail, Internet web page, etc. Coordinate and participate in special events involving prospective students.

3. Promote good relationships with outside institutions or groups (schools, libraries, associations, wealth management agencies, etc.) which can be helpful in attracting quality students.

4. Assist the preparation and maintenance of statistics regarding enrolment. Interpret these statistics, when appropriate to the administration, faculty, and the board.

5. Assist the development of promotional materials including the maintenance of school website contents and social media communications, and other on and off line communications vehicles.

6. Maintain relationship with media contacts and provide news updates

7. To undertake any reasonable request made by the line manager that ensures consistent delivery of service to the School.

Skills and Experience Required:

1. Bachelor degree or above.

2. Excellent verbal and writing skills in both Chinese and English.

3. At least two years of relevant or related experience.

4. Effective interpersonal and communication skills.

5. Strong attention to detail, record keeping, and process

6. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects whilst meeting tight deadlines
