1、负责公司的日常行政管理，贯彻落实各项规章制度的执行；

2、协助总经理构建和完善符合公司实际情况的人力资源架构、人事管理制度及企业文化建设，并严格监督运行；

3、进行简历甄别及人才测试、面试、筛选、录用等工作；

4、负责员工关系管理，公司人员入职、离职、社会保险，考勤，绩效管理等，

5、负责公司企业文化建设；员工活动组织、策划和安排；

6、负责各部门的协调与关系维护；

7、完成总经理布置的其他工作。

任职要求：

1. 两年以上相关经验

2. 英文熟练，包括口语和书面

3. 做事仔细，效率高

周末双休，五险一金，全勤奖
