杭州招聘

1、负责高端项目软装设计，可独立完成方案设计、清单制作、落地摆场等；

2、负责设计方案中家具、灯具等各品类下单清单的制作，并把控选型及尺寸；

3、负责现场的摆场效果，现场各品类的定位；

4、负责与甲方进行摆场完成的验收清单交接。

岗位要求：

1、3-5年以上的地产样板房、豪宅别墅、会所软装设计等工作经验；

2、有对大型和复杂项目方案把控的能力和判断、定位的能力；

3、环境艺术设计、陈设设计类相关专业本科以上学历，3年以上同岗位相关工作经验；

4、责任心强，具有良好的组织、沟通、协调能力；

5、熟练操作各类绘图软件（AUTO CAD、3DS MAX、PHOTOSHOP SKETCHUP等），有一定的手绘能力；

6、有良好的美学功底，了解各类设计风格。有独特的设计理念及敏锐的色彩感觉，有独到的方案设计理念。
