岗位职责：

1、负责和甲方的沟通、联系，协调；

4、具有较强的创新意识，根据甲方要求完成设计方案的构思，并指导深化方案；

3、要对整个设计成果的标准和质量进行把关，要在施工现场做好设计的跟进服务；

5、具有设计团队管理能力，对于设计方案的全过程进行把控，进度、安排分工、质量、效果、模型、多媒体进行全面把控。

任职要求：

1、本科及以上学历，室内设计或相关专业；有3年以上相关设计工作经验（酒店、会所、高级住宅、样板间等） 

2、能独立完成高标准项目方案设计，制作提案简报、安排项目进度； 

3、有优秀的手绘功底，熟悉施工工艺，可处理施工中出现的问题； 

4、表达及沟通能力强，有一定的项目团队组织能力及很强的方案讲解能力。
