任职资格：

1、建筑学大专及以上学历，3年以上工作经验；

2、具有良好的建筑、室内、园林的su建模能力以及cad、ps的操作能力；

3、工作责任心强，具有良好的职业修养与团队协作能力。

岗位职责：

1、能独立承接模型及效果图制作任务，能根据要求进行SU效果图制作并良好的把控效果。

2、建模手法多样灵活，软件掌握深入，工作条理性强，对景观的理解透彻，能迅速把握设计意图，具有一定辅助设计的能力。

3、熟练掌握LIMIO、CAD、PS等软件；

4、工作积极性强，有独到创新能力，富有团队合作精神，有持续学习能力。
