Direct Reporting Line: Deputy Executive Producer

Responsibilities:

• Research and report on the details about the laws and administrative regulations (potentially) related to PDFA’s business; Specifying the administrative permissions PDFA need and how to obtain them.
• Communicate with the managing team and the design team concerning laws, regulations and permissions.
• Assist the team in the negotiations with other parties on permitting related matters
• Obtain the related authorizations and permits            

• Obtain all required approvals for permits and acts as liaison between the company and each authority
• Prepare and submit applications to various agencies/boards having jurisdiction over required permits and/or approvals
• Coordinate paperwork and applications with outside consultants as necessary
• Maintain all company files relating to site plan applications, approvals, licenses and permits
• Work closely with the authorities on the status of permits and ensure they are processed in a timely manner
• Produce and maintain schedules for all communities and coordinate with authorities from approval to final stages of permitting process
• Schedule, attend and coordinate meetings, appointments, etc., with architects, engineers, city officials and various Lennar departments
• Review all start requests with lot listings and communicate as needed
• Perform all other duties as assigned

                                        

Requirements:

    

• Bachelor degree with at least 3 years of relevant working experience
• Technical construction project management experience preferred
• Previous experience in world-class entertainment project preferred. 
• Must be able to read blueprints and plot plans
• Strong problem-solving skills; Detail-oriented team player; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with heavy volume
• Ability to meet reporting deadlines
• Ability to self-start and achieve objectives with minimal supervision
• Ability to communicate effectively and concisely both verbally and in writing
• Follow directions from a supervisor
• Interact well with co-workers
• Understand and follow posted work rules and procedures

Puy du Fou Hangzhou was established in 2017, which is the branch office of the second largest theme park of France, Puy du Fou. Puy du Fou Hangzhou aims to create Chinese/Asian style theme parks in China and Asia.

Puy du Fou France was set up in 1978, it focuses entirely on artistic creation. Its very purpose is to touch and move visitors with the living vision of their own history.

Puy du Fou received great success in France even in Europe. It is hailed as a global success story bringing in more than 2.5 million visitors per year (The park opens only in Apr. to Oct annually). It was rewarded as Best Theme Park in the World, Best Show in the World, etc.

In 1998, it created Puy du Fou Academy in France; In the August of 2019, Puy du Fou Espana will be opened in Spain. Meanwhile, as early as in 2016, the founder of Puy du Fou, Mr. Philippe de Villiers saw the rich cultural heritage of China and its business opportunities, he established Puy du Fou Hangzhou then. The team is now focusing on creating Chinese style theme parks in China.
Puy du Fou Hangzhou team is consist of French and Chinese employees. The company has different international projects in Hangzhou, Qinhuangdao, Shenzhen and Wuhan of China.
