Position: Assistant Merchandiser

Dept: Merchandising team

Location: Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China

Report to: Merchandiser or team leader

Organization Relationships

Major internal contacts

Field QA, , Finance, HR, Logistics/documentary, team member(Assistant MR/ MR/Senior MR)

Major external contacts

Buyers, clients, factories, Fabric Mills, Trims Suppliers

Responsibility:

1. Assistant merchandiser to handle relative issues for production following including sampling, packaging, filing and inspection.

2. To make sure there is all stuff relate to production in good order.

3. To follow up the production status.

4. To follow up and the trim sourcing and ordering for sampling and production.

5. To follow up the procedure and booking for shipment.

6. To collect business data or administration information if needed.

Requirements:

1. 1-3 years related to “Assistant Merchandiser or QC” working experience, Export apparel or sweater industry will be preferred;

2. Be willing to go on business travel frequently;

3. Above college degree;

4. Good command of English and Mandarin;

5. Detail Oriented and team sprits; working independently;

6. Be good at computer operation skill ( Word, Excel, Photoshop, Outlook, PPT etc);

7. Be organized, loyal and honest.
