Support as tax function to conduct the daily activities in Hangzhou in a timely and accurate manner within the following scope:

w  Tax Compliance and Tax Audit:

？ Support group’s tax compliance including but not limited to: direct and indirect tax filing returns i.e. CIT WHT VAT. etc returns for HQ and branches

？ Management of the Tax invoices related issues;

？ Track and research tax regulation update and prepare response/arguments and/or conclusions in response to tax authority’s audit inquires;

？ Handle the tax payment process to ensure the tax returns are filed and payments are made pursuant to the local tax regulations;

？ Perform contract registration and tax filing in relation to various outbound remittance / payment;

？ Keep track of the cash tax payments of the HQ and branches, analysis tax payment fluctuation and prepare cash tax forecast;

 

 

 

w  Tax Accounting and Reporting:

？ Support the monthly, quarterly and year-end tax accounting and reporting including but not limited to: perform tax payment request and tax entry posting in system on periodic basis;

？ Provide tax accounting support for local GAAP / statutory financial statement audit / US GAAP;

？ Prepare account reconciliation for both direct and indirect tax accounts;

？ Assist to provide relevant information and reporting package to the shareholders as requested;

 

w  Tax Planning and Business Supporting:

？ Involvement in the Business contract review, provide tax professional opinions and suggestions;

？ Keep the management updated on the EC tax impacts for the overall business picture;

？ Maintain good relationship and communication with the Tax Regulators and other parties;

？ Perform other tasks and projects as assigned.

w  Bachelor or above with a major in accounting or finance;

w  6+ years’ relevant tax experience in public accounting firm and/or corporate tax role;

w  Experience with tax compliance and tax accounting knowledge, ability to review tax return and the transfer pricing report;

w  Experience with tax clearance process for cross-border remittance;

w  Proficiency in MS office and ERP system and tax / invoice software;

w  Good communication skills, with fluency in English and Chinese;

w  Strong sense of responsibility, good team work spirit and attention to detail;

w  Strong analytical and organizational skills;
