Job Responsibilities

· Ensure product compliance with the bill of specifications and European regulatory requirements

· Perform quality checking on product and packaging

· Provide support to sourcing department by monitoring and driving the improvement of quality of samples at all stages of product development

· Evaluate samples and recommend appropriate modifications in design of construction to achieve a high level of quality and operation efficiency

· Collaborate with the sourcing department on product development projects

· Participate in after-sales service and take corrective and preventive action (CAPA) to follow up with customer’s complaints and feedback

Job Requirement

· Diploma or above in Physic, Mechanical or related disciplines

· Minimum 3 years relevant experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control

· Work Experience in European sourcing company and/or laboratory is an advantage

· Possess strong technical expertise in Outdoor Furniture Products

· Self-motivative and detail oriented

· Strong communication and organization skills required

· Good command in English and Mandarin, PC knowledge is essential

· Require travelling occasionally
