岗位职责：

1、渠道营运策略。

（1）负责天猫国际整体店铺运营管理，对外对接各平台相关人员，组织店铺与平台整体定位、风格设计、业务方向的综合策划，确立品牌定位与发展方向；

（2）完成天猫国际渠道活动的统筹策划、工作部署、项目操作、监管各设计人员，文案人员，后台对接人员落地，跟踪活动效果；

（3）策略性的达成渠道业绩指标，并有效监控费用支出。

2、深化渠道运营策略

（1）爆款群打造能力；

 （2）策划天猫国际店铺促销和关联销售活动，分析每日营销和交易数据。

3、渠道资源沟通能力

（1）定期渠道资源获取及对接渠道运营的资源沟通及落地执行；

（2）跨部门事项追踪沟通及上下级事项的沟通及跟进。

4、其他上级指派的其他工作内容。

    

 任职资格：

1. 大专及以上学历，3年以上天猫国际运营经验；
2. 对平台活动、营销规律熟悉，提升及优化店铺排名，达成每月销售目标；
3. 了解市场发展、洞悉行业，提供有效运营方案，执行与配合公司相关营销活动，策划店铺促销方案；
4. 分析每月核心数据及遇到的问题，提前做出应策。
