1.负责供应商质量管理以及参与供方的先期开发和样品验证；

Responsible for the supplier quality management, involve the development of new suppliers and verification of supplier samples;

2.负责来料检验计划和指导书，并对检验员进行培训。提高检验工作准确性和检验效率。

Responsible for incoming inspection plan and instruction and do the training for the inspectors; Make the improvement of the inspection accuracy and efficiency;

3.负责供方来料以及在过程中不良质量管理，跟踪落实纠正预防措施，持续降低质量成本。

Responsible for the material quality during IQC and production and follow up the corrective/preventive actions defined by the suppliers; continuous reduce the quality cost;

4.与采购部一起制定供应商年度审核计划；

Define the supplier annual audit plan with purchasing department

5.与采购部共同组织对潜在供应商和现有供应商的审核

Conduct supplier system audit and process audit to all potential and existing suppliers together with purchasing department

6.协调解决供应商质量和产品质量问题

Coordinate with the suppliers about supplier product quality problems for solutions

7.对供应商质量绩效进行评估；

Quarterly evaluate the supplier quality performance

8.配合内外部体系审核，对不符合项进行整改，不断优化和规范工作流程。

Cooperator with internal and external system/process audit and follow up the actions and continuously improve the defined procedures;

9.完成上级临时安排的其他工作。

任职要求：

1. 本科以上学历，工科专业优先，熟悉汽车相关行业；

2. 3 年以上汽车行业质量管理工作相关经验；

3. 具备内部审核资质：IATF16949/VDA6.3/VDA6.5 等；

4. 熟悉质量管理体系相关标准，掌握质量管理各工具及方法（6sigma 优先）；

5. 熟悉机加工、热处理、锻造等工艺；

6.英语口语流利；
