职位：服务顾问

直接督导对象：服务经理

岗位特征：

服务顾问是***线的Porsche品牌大使，是Porsche售后服务环节中***个与客户接触的角色,因而必须确保随时向所有Porsche客户提供可靠、优质和全面的售后服务。服务顾问还负责征询客户在服务方面的需求,提供有关建议, 就执行的工作进行相关讲解以确保客户获得最满意的服务。

职责说明（职责的先后顺序按照其重要程度进行排列）：

1. 接待客户维修车辆
2. 日常对接保险公司
3. 交付客户维修车辆
4. 销售服务产品
5. 处理客户投诉
6. 维护客户关系

教育背景：

·须具备大专学历，具有专业大学本科学历者优先；

·具有英语沟通能力者优先

行业背景：至少三年汽车售后服务顾问或类似职位工作经验

其他任职要求：

·候选人需掌握Office软件的操作方法，保时捷系统的操作方法除外；

·热爱本职工作，在工作中保持极高的敬业度及可靠性；

·形象气质佳；

·热爱Porsche产品及服务：

·优秀的客户服务意识,能够迅速建立稳固的客户关系

Service Advisor 

Direct Monitor：Service Manager 

Position Characteristics: 

The Service Advisor is often the first contact to Porsche Service customers and therefore responsible that that a reliable, premium and comprehensive After Sales service is offered to all Porsche customers at all time. S/He also advises and consults customers on service needs and explains the performed work to ensure highest customer satisfaction. 

Duty Description( Duties are arranged by importance): 

1. Arrange service appointments 

2. Accept customer's vehicle for service 

3. Return vehicle to customer 

4. Deal with customer complaints 

5. Maintain customer relationship 

Education: 

·College degree required, university degree is preferred; ·Candidates able to communicate in English preferred 

Industry background：At least three years' working experience as Service Advisor or similar position 

Other qualifications: 

·Proficiency in Microsoft Office software; Porsche systems not a must. 

·Passion for their work, maintain a high degree of professionalism and reliability in their work; 

·Smart appearance; 

·Enthusiastic in Porsche products and services; 

·With outstanding customer service awareness and ability to quickly establish stable customer relationship
