一、岗位描述：  

1、根据公司的标准化要求管理医院项目的清洁卫生及病人及标本的运送工作；  

2、听取并跟进客户对保洁及运送工作的意见；  

3、负责对下属保洁员及运送员的管理、指导、培训、激励等工作。  

二、任职资格：  

1、中专以上学历，医学护理相关专业优先，性别户籍不限；  

2、一年以上物业、酒店等服务行业管理经验，熟练使用计算机；  

3、具有良好的沟通协调能力和承受压力的能力，能适应医院工作环境。
