Job description:

l  To follow up orders and the whole procedures till completion of the shipments.

l  To coordinate all information to ensure the orders are processed correctly and delivered on time.

l  To manage overseas and inland shipping and transportation.

l  Execution of import & export. Dealing with documents related to the business.

l  To be responsible for sample application, collection and distribution and the customer reception etc. 

l  To organize the settlement of the customer's complaints and goods rejection, give feedback to the customers.

l  Maintaining data on continuous basis in the computer.

l  Others as assigned.

 

Requirements:

l  College or university degree.

l  Good English or Spanish skills.

l  Knowledge of fabric is an advantage.
