岗位职责：

（1）实际管理规模3000万以上，产品实际运营至少半年，收益10%以上，能提供产品估值表；

（2）具备独立制定权益类资产配置、投资策略的能力，参与制定部门整体资产配置方案；

（3）能过严格执行风控，控制投资风险；

（4）完成领导交办的其他工作。

2、任职要求：

（1）曾在投资公司从事二级市场股票交易3年以上，无年龄限制；

（2）学历不限，热爱金融行业，为人正直，待人真诚，服从纪律。良好的学习习惯和方法，能快速接受新事物及理念；

（3）对数字有较强的敏感性，思维活跃，反应敏捷；
