2.掌握目标楼盘的开发商、销售、物业、中介等渠道人员情况，拓展渠道资源；

3.跟进潜在客户，负责前期洽谈及基础信息掌握；

4.配合销售总完成客户签约；协助销售总完成全年指标。

任职要求：

1.大专及以上学历；

2.具有装修、高端产品营销等相关行业的工作经验，或者具备2年以上销售或拓展工作经验；

3.具有敏锐的市场洞察力与观察力，拥有较强的进取精神和沟通能力；
