Job Description:

1.Responsible for review/understand PRD write/review spec, write design, assign task, track schedule, coding, debug.

2.Responsible for coaching/mentoring new employee.

3.Communicate with PM/customers

Knowledge and Skill:

1.Strong c/c++ programming skill.

2.Strong OOD and OOP exp.

3.Strong Windows API knowledge. (Windows message mechanisms, Windows file system, Multiple-thread sync, Winsocket, WinInet.)

4.Familiar with COM/DCOM/COM+

5.Experience with VC++

6.Familiar with WinDbg.

7.Strong problem solving skills

8.Knowledge/Experience with assemble language preferred

9.Strong communication and teamwork skills.

10.Strong product quality awareness.

11.Can read and write in English.

12.Spoken English is desirable
