Responsibilities :

1.Ensure accurate monthly calculation and payment of payroll and welfare items and monthly declaration of employee IIT during integration period.

2.Provide reports to Finance and the customized reports related to payroll to the other functions and integration purpose as required.

3.Provide annual social insurance and housing fund information to vendors based on cities, and SI, HF data preparation for integration purpose.

4.Provide income statements and tax certificates to employees during integration period.

5.Provide payroll support for Nutri restructures / mass change/ acquisitions /divestments and other requirement for integration purpose.

6.HR Vendor management (CIIC, Insurance, Benefits Platform) during integration period.

7.Coordinate Payroll audit with internal/external auditors during integration period.

8.HR payroll related policy renew and tax consultants during integration period.

Education / Experience :

1.Bachelor's degree is required.

2. 5 years HR experience, with 2 to 3 years specialized in payroll.

3.Knowledge of compensation & benefits and HR related Laws and regulations.

4.Good English language skill, familiar with Excel, outlook, PPT.

5.Excellent communication / persuasion / coordination skill.

6.Ability to handle confliction and emergency. Results-driven.

7.Initiative and willing to take responsibilities, sense of continuous improvement, integrity and sense of confidentiality.

8.Ability to work independently and in a team. Detail oriented, logic and good at analysis, ability to solve problem.
