职责描述：

1. Manage ongoing IP litigation in various jurisdictions, particularly patent lawsuits and post-grant proceedings in the United States.

2. Oversee outside counsel's work and provide litigation strategies.

3. Liaise with different corporate teams to perform due diligence investigation, collect documents and information, provide legal counselling and training, and handle day-to-day IP-related inquiries.

4. Conduct legal research, draft memos and briefs, and assist all types of litigation proceedings (depositions, discovery, hearings, and trials).

任职要求：

1. A degree in Juris Doctor or Master of Laws from a top tiered United States law school .

2. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in EE, CS, Mechanical, Physics, or other B.Sc./B.Eng. majors preferred.

3. Qualification to practice as an attorney in the United States is preferred.

4. At least two years’ intellectual property work experience, and preferably in the area of patent.
