a. Job description:
i. Independently develop sourcebase of suppliers for Home Textiles of all ranges
ii. End to end responsibility for entire home textiles cycle of sampling to shipment.
iii. Initiate, manage and direct the complete follow up on product/customer assigned from development to production
iv. Independent communication with accurate and complete information
v. Material management to ensure ontime delivery while maintaining the correct leadtimes and profitability of the company
vi. Maintain Time and Action calendars and/or tracking tools accurately and complete follow up of same.
vii. Responsible for building and maintaining proper working relationship with suppliers
viii. Support Quality department on all initiatives
ix. Goal of customer service to be topmost on priority

b. Qualification requirments
i. Min 4-5 years industry experience of which 2-3 years in factory preferred.
ii. Good English communication skills a must
iii. Has to be a good team player
iv. Costing ability and experience a must
v. Independent working with minimal direction
vi. Must have the ability to handle multi product
vii. Must have good knowledge of raw materials used in home textiles
viii. Willingness and ability to travel
