职位描述：
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain hiring channel for overseas recruiting to provide sufficient candidate resources and build up employer branding for target candidates group:
1. Working closely with HRBP and TA Team Head to work out the recruiting strategy to target different groups of employees and talent markets for different BUs or Dept.
2. Develop and maintain effective hiring channels to candidates’ searching and pipeline.
3. The recruiting channels includes but not limited to campus, seminar, company websites, hiring websites and linked in.
4. Be familiar or can learn quickly about overseas talent market and make the proposal and action plans based on the market.
5. Strong ownership to get enough candidates resources, make first interview, then provide to recruiters to hit the hiring target.
6. Designing job posting and advisement for promotion in different channels and candidate groups.
7. Build up good employer branding for overseas candidates.

Qualification:
1. Bachelor Degree or above.
2. 8 years + Human Resources working experiences with at least 5 years focused on recruiting related function.
3. Overseas recruiting is a plus.
4. Fluent English both in oral and written.
5. Good execution and strong ownership.
6. Change mindset.
7. Good team player with proactive attitude.
