职位描述：
主要职责 Role Responsibilities
l 维修和维护所有工厂设备设施，包括生产设备、通用工程设备(锅炉系统,空调系统,水处理系统)、实验室设备、仓库设备等。
Repairing and maintaining all kinds of equipment and facilities in the plant, including production equipment, utility equipment (boiler, HVAC, water treatment), laboratory equipment, warehouse and so on.
l 设备故障排查及维修
Equipment trouble shooting and repairing
l 完成相关校正性维护工作
Completes related corrective maintenance task
l 执行预防性和预测性维护工作计划，完成日程安排任务
Performs preventive and predictive maintenance plans to complete tasks according to schedule
l 遵守HSE政策，确保维修工作安全完成
Complies with HES policy and ensures that maintenance jobs are finished under safe conditions
l 执行巡检并汇报异常情况
Carries out patrols and reports any abnormal findingso
l 支持设备及系统的安装、调试、验证及改造工作，保证其可靠运行。
Support installation, commissioning, qualification and modification of equipment and systems, provide reliable equipment and systems.
l 积极参加工厂的安全活动、CIP活动和各种培训活动。
Actively participate in safety, CIP and other training activities in the company.
l 完成上级领导安排的其它各项工作。

任职资格 Qualification (最低任职要求 Minimum Requirements)
l 教育程度/经验
- 技校以上学历，工程机械类相关专业。
Technological degree or above in Engineering mechanical related fields.

l 特别知识
- 三年以上工作经验。
At least 3 years’ work experience.
- 药厂工作经验优先
Pharmaceutical industry related experience preferred.

l 技能
- 工作责任心强，有独立判断及决定问题的能力
Good integrity, responsibility and problem-solving skills.
- 具有团队精神和良好的沟通能力
Teamwork spirit, good communication abilities.
