Participate in all facts of design and construction management including: follow-up and guide the design performed by the Design Institute, control the progress of the construction, control of the installation works, prepare for start-up of the equipment, and training of operators. Coordinate the works with the other trades.

The electrical engineer will report directly to the Electrical Manager, based in Shanghai.

The skills required:

- High voltage (10kV supply, main distribution, lighting, outlet distribution)
- IT systems: data and telephone systems
- Automation, BMS

参与项目的设计与施工管理，包括：跟进、指导由设计院交付的作业，施工进程的控制，安装工作的控制，准备设备的启动以及对于操作人员的培训。处理与其他部门的协调工作。

该职位需精通以下方面：

- 高压电（10kV的供电，主分配，照明，输出分配）
- IT系统 （数据及电话系统）
- 自动化，BMS

Requirements / 职位要求:
- University graduated or above, with a major in Electrical;
- Minimum 7 years experiences in electrical installation enterprise for building appliances and/or design institutes, be familiar with high voltage and low voltage;
- Have general management experience of projects; be responsible for all the aspects of a project, such as technical (study and design), commercial (exchange with clients and budget control) and management (communication and exchange with a team).
- Familiar with the prices of Chinese market (materials and labors), as well as Chinese norms and regulations;
- Be good at communication and reporting;
- Fluent in spoken and written English;
- Have good command of computer operation;
- 电气专业本科及以上
- 在房屋建筑且/或设计领域，拥有至少7年在电气安装企业的相关工作经验，熟悉高、低压电
- 拥有项目管理经验，负责项目的各个阶段，如技术上(前期研究和设计)， 商务上(与业主的沟通以及成本控制)， 管理上(沟通以及和团队内部的交流)。
- 熟悉中国市场操作流程（材料和人力），以及中国的政策法规
- 良好的沟通与汇报能力
- 英语读写流利
