职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. To plan and deliver lessons to children aged 5 -16 years old in groups up to 8 students, designing, developping or buying and using flashcards, props, songs and games to teach English efficiently and effectively in the classroom.
2. To assign and evaluate out of class exercises.
3. To evaluate the learning progress of students by collecting information about their learning experience and environment from various sources.
4. To develop improvement plan for the students with Education Consultant, and communicate with students and their parents. To monitor the execution of the improvement plan.
5. To improve teaching and educational skill and apply them in the service.
6. To participate and/or support in out of class learning activities, such as regular Learning Center theme development, and other educational service, as well as marketing activities.
7. To provide English language support for various affairs.
8. To play an crucial role in Educational Leadership Board to advance the student learning and development.

Qualifications:
1. Standard English prociation with good communication skills
2. Passionate about teaching young learners.
3. Creative, caring, and full of energy.
4. Teaching experience with young learners preferred.
