Job description:
- Involve in the discussion of thermal solutions for Base Station (e.g. RF modules, units, system module, BBU) according to the specifications.
- Candidate will be required to work in close cooperation with Mechanics, PWB, RF and BB team for related product development, and will also be required to support related project design activities by participating in design reviews and technical information exchange sessions.
- Do thermal testing to ensure the thermal design is in accordance with related HW Requirements and Specifications.
- Report discovered issues
- Cooperate with designers to quickly solved problems

Requirement:
- BS or MS in Applied Physics/Science, Heat Energy/Mechanical/Electronic
- Engineering with more than 2 years similar industrial experience
- Experience on HW Thermal testing
- Good at thermal simulation and analysis skill, Flotherm XT & ICEPAK tool is a plus
- Familiar with Electro-mechanical design (Mech, EMI/EMC, material, etc ), Knowledge of ProE or other CAD systems
- Good team player and communication skill
- English ability, and willing to work in a multi-cultural environment 举报 分享
