制定设备维修方案和维护保养的主计划
指导供应商高效并安全地执行所有工作
及时汇报上级不能处理的任何问题
监督并执行以确保预防性/预见性维护保养工作按时完成
规定时间内响应并执行服务要求
运用综合方法对公用事业消耗进行监管。
运营管理
强化和监督分包商的现场管理
管理供应商并有良好的沟通,共同做好楼宇系统与设施的保养维护服务
任职要求:
1. 大专以上学历，电气工程、空调制冷等专业优先，
2. 能操作基本办公软件，如：Exel、Word、PowerPoint，能看懂工程制图，
2. 3年以上弱电、空调、楼宇、物业管理相关经验优先，
3. 具备良好的服务意识；良好的团队精神与沟通能力，
4. 积极主动的工作态度。 有志从事物业及综合设施管理行业。
5.暖通背景，医药或酒店工作背景优先，有管理经验，沟通能力强
