Requirements:

• At least Bachelor's degree in science,technology or engineering.Master's degree is better.
• More than 4 years' professional experience in technology or engineering
• Has the experience in QM,or testing/inspection/certification
• Auditing experience as lead auditor,evidece of training as an auditor
• Evidence of training in management systems
• Thorough,efficient,decisive and independent working style.Ethical,open-minded,diplomatic,observant and perceptive.
• Fluent oral communication & written skill in English.
• At least has the qualification of leader auditor and/or auditor both in ISO9001 and ISO14001(for fulltime auditor),if also has such qualification as OHSAS18001 auditor or ISO22000 auditor will be better.(CCAA or IRCA qualification)
• Has the audit experience of international companies
• Willing to travel frequently

Tasks

Leader's task

• Planning,preparing,performing & documenting management system audits
• Co-ordinating audit dates and schedule with customer
• Documents review including preparation of report(for certification and recertification audits)
• Managing audit at audit location
• Preparing records of strong points,weak points(minor non-confornities/major non-conformities),recommendations and defining the required objective evidence
• Clarifying certificate model(certificate contents,structure)
• Preparation of reports
• Research and development of audit skill,audit methods
• Conduct staff training
