Responsibility:
1. Ensure accurate and timely maintain collection in ERP system.


2. Generate and execute outgoing payments, ensuring correct authorization is obtained and accurate information is provided to the bank to process.

3. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of bank reconciliations for all bank accounts. Ensure outstanding items are investigated and recorded.

4. To be the regular contact with bank or external parties to obtain relevant information and answer queries

5. Record cash related transactions in line with bank statement information; also prepare Cash forecasts and Cash flows. Ensure all transactions are in accordance with company's policies and procedures.

6. Maintaining accurate financial records and preparing clear and accurate reports for informational, auditing and operational use.

7. Work closely with the AR and AP accountants; in order to continuously develop and improve the efficiencies of the Cash Accounting function.


Requirement:
Bachelor Degree, major in accounting or finance
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant professional work experience in treasury, accounting, or Finance Shared Service
Able to work under own initiative, priorities.
Proven track to deliver to deadlines
Proficient in MS office and ERP knowledge preferable
Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English
