职位职责：
1．主要负责成衣或配件的平面及图案的开发设计，包括T恤印花、洗标、唛头等等。
2．进行市场考察和调研，将产品设计和市场紧密结合。
3．总结当季设计结果，补充和提高下季的设计。
4．负责订货会手册的制作，部分产品的包装设计以及其他产品平面设计相关工作。

任职要求：
1．大专以上学历，具备三年以上服装产品的平面设计经验，有户外运动服装经验者优先。
2．擅长平面图案及印花的设计，对服装类产品平面工艺了解尤佳。
3．拥有的丰富的创意和发散性思维。
4．敏锐的市场动察力，准确把握市场动向和流行趋势。
5．有良好的沟通、协调能力，工作条理性好，责任心强，富有团队合作精神，对服装类产品平面 设计工作充满兴趣，热爱服装类产品 平面设计工作。
