MAIN FOCUS :Procurement issues, identifying opportunities to cost reduction, supplier development, request and analyse quotations, follow-up development schedule.

RESPONSABILITIES:

1. Prospect new potential suppliers in Asian market, focusing in competititives of Randon Companies;
2. Lead initiatives that will reduce the length of the supply chain. Work with all supply chain members to implement.
3. Identify, track and report opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction. Work with supply chain to achieve desired results.
4. Develop and enhance supplier relationships through timely and effective communication.
5. Meet with vendors to negotiate improved pricing, product quality and delivery.
6. Plan and conduct audits in suppliers, proposing and ensuring the implementation of the improvement action;
7. Technically monitor the process of selection of new suppliers and items.
8. Monitor and show the status of items in development, speeding up the manufacturing process.
9.Other related duty assigned by manager.



Competencies:

-Ability to initiate communication and action and to resolve issues both internally and externally
-Ability to challenge current business practices and offer solutions.
-Ability to learn and adapt to new processes and systems



Education/Experience:

Technicall College degree and more than 3 years purchasing experience;
Good PC skills including Windows, Excel, Outlook



Language Required:

Mandarim as mother language. Excellent English communication skill



Job Location: Pinghu / Zhejiang Province (close to Shanghai)
