职位：临床培训专员

汇报对象：区域市场经理

工作地点：青岛，济南，南昌，广州，杭州，长沙，北京，长春，成都

主要职责:

·
在区域市场经理的领导下，配合销售完成目标医院护理单元的走访工作，收集微观数据；

·
对于公司产品使用者，定期观察、收集客户对于产品的使用反馈。培训用户正确使用公司产品，纠正用户错误的使用方法，以确保公司产品被有效使用，提高用户满意度；

·
非公司产品使用者，传递产品信息，了解用户对竞品使用的反馈信息，收集并反馈竞品的

·
市场推广信息；

·
协助区域市场经理，执行市场活动。

技能与能力:

·
护理相关专业，大专及以上学历。

·
3年以上临床护理经验，主管护师或具有临床护理管理者优先。

·
较好的演讲、沟通能力。

·
熟练应用电脑及办公软件。

·
能够接受出差。
